Insulated throughout, she is insured with an arctic rating.
Built off Bruce Roberts plans, this vessel is custom built with rolled mild steel for a curved chine and all stainless work is to industry standards. Built and modified of the BR 53C plans.
The hull was laid in 1997 and the interior has been partially rebuilt. Mechanically she is new with a Perkins 4236 with less than 40 hours. The generator has less than 20 hours of running time. The winches, radar, speedlog and all attending electrotronics have yet to be installed. The interior will require completion but is equipped with three new flat screen TVs. It comes with a Hood in Mast Furling system, main, mizzen, and the two foresails. This vessel will need completing though she has been launched last year and cruised up the St Lawrence. - Ready to be finished to suit your needs.

Accommodations and layout
Sleeping accommodations are provided for seven persons and the vessel is arranged as follows: forward chain locker in vee; followed by a head compartment, a queen-sized offset Pullman berth is aft to starboard with a sea bunk above, opposite are storage cabinets;
Main salon has an inward facing benches to port and settee; opposite to starboard is the galley console; aft to port and starboard is additional storage with access to the engine room; next aft to port is the upper pilothouse with helm seat to port with a bench seat to starboard, opposite to port is an L-shaped bench seat. Down to starboard is the laundry room with the head compartment aft with access to the master stateroom fitted with centerline queen berth, outboard bureaus and a full head compartment with Jaccuzzi tub forward and to port.
HEADS: Three (3) total: Two (2) Raritan electric flush heads one in the master cabin and the other in the main companionway to starboard and one Jabsco manual forward. The MSD (Marine Sanitation Device) is a type I. Also there is Y valve assembles
on both head plumbing and a holding tank type III MSD's with associated pump outs on deck. Forward head has exhaust fan that blows in instead of exhausting outboard.
SHOWERS: There are stand up shower enclosures in the heads (space forward and soaker tub aft) and they drain to the main greywater sump.
LOCATION: Amidships to starboard.
SINKS: Single stainless steel sink, Like new.
REFRIGERATION: Top loading icebox fitted with two holding plates and 12VDC Dan Foss compressor. An upright Magic Chef 3.5cuft 125VAC is installed adjacent to the companionway.
STOVE/OVEN: The stove is a gimballed LPG 3 burner with oven.
